Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CandidateForce platform, available at candidateforce.com and candidateforce.de (the "Platform"), operated by:

By registering an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
To use CandidateForce, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be acting on behalf of a legitimate business, organisation, or as an independent professional
- Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your organisation (if applicable)
- Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable law
The Platform is intended for business users only (B2B). It is not designed for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Creating an account
To access the Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and country. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
3.2 Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@candidateforce.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account.
3.3 One account per user
Each account is personal and may not be shared with other individuals. Additional users within your organisation must register their own accounts under your organisation's subscription.
4. Subscription Plans

4.2 Free plan limitations
On the Free plan, you may publish one active job posting. You may view candidate profiles who have applied, but candidate contact details (email, phone number) are not displayed, and you may not send messages to candidates until an application has been approved on a paid plan. Processing applications (approving or rejecting) requires a paid subscription.
4.3 Paid plans
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are stated in EUR and exclusive of any applicable taxes. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee.
5. Payments and Billing
5.1 Payment methods
Payments can be made in the following ways:
Card payment: Payments by credit or debit card are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card details on our servers.
Bank transfer: Upon request, we will issue a manual invoice which can be settled by direct bank transfer to our business account. Please contact us at support@candidateforce.com to arrange this. Access to the service is activated upon receipt of payment.
5.2 Invoices
For card payments, invoices are issued automatically after each payment. For bank transfers, the invoice is issued manually prior to payment.
5.3 Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or levies arising from your use of the Platform in your jurisdiction. Prices displayed may be subject to VAT or equivalent taxes depending on your location.
5.4 Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will notify you by email. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan in accordance with Section 6.2.
6. Cancellation and Downgrade
6.1 Cancellation by you
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by applicable law.
6.2 Downgrade to Free plan
Upon cancellation or expiry of a paid subscription, your account enters a 30-day grace period:
- All existing job postings are paused and no longer visible to new applicants
- You will receive an email notification asking you to select one job posting to keep active on the Free plan
- Existing applications remain visible in read-only mode, but cannot be processed
- Candidate contact details are no longer accessible
After 30 days, if no selection has been made, the most recently created job posting is automatically set as your one active Free plan posting. All other postings are archived. Archived postings and their associated applications remain accessible in read-only mode.
6.3 Reactivation
Reactivating a paid subscription restores full access to all archived postings, applications, and candidate data. No data is deleted during a downgrade period.
6.4 Annual plans
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; however, no refunds are issued for the remaining months of the annual period, except where required by applicable law.
7. User Obligations
By using the Platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at all times
- Use the Platform solely for lawful recruitment and hiring purposes
- Comply with all applicable employment, data protection, and anti-discrimination laws in your jurisdiction
- Not upload, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful
- Not attempt to access, scrape, or extract data from the Platform by automated means
- Not impersonate any person or organisation
- Not use the Platform to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
- Not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
8. Job Postings and Content
8.1 Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content of job postings and any other content you publish on the Platform. Job postings must accurately describe the position and must comply with applicable employment laws, including equal opportunity and non-discrimination requirements.
8.2 Our right to remove content
We reserve the right to remove or suspend any job posting or content that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or otherwise harmful to users of the Platform.
8.3 Intellectual property in your content
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant AHS Dynamics LLP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services.
9. AI-Assisted Features
9.1 Image generation
When you create a job posting, you may request an AI-generated image based on the job content. Images are generated using third-party AI services (Anthropic or OpenAI). Generated images are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing and ensuring it is appropriate and accurate.
9.2 Translation
Messages and job postings may be automatically translated using AI-powered services (DeepL, Anthropic) to facilitate communication between users in different languages. We do not guarantee the accuracy of translations. For legally sensitive communications, you should rely on verified translations.
9.3 No AI training on your data
Your content and personal data are not used to train any AI models. Processing by third-party AI services is governed by data processing agreements that prohibit use for training purposes.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Platform ownership
The Platform, including its design, software, features, logos, and all content produced by us, is the exclusive property of AHS Dynamics LLP and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
10.2 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Platform, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at candidateforce.com/privacy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 No warranty
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose.
12.2 Limitation of damages
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AHS Dynamics LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.
12.3 Maximum liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Exceptions
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by you
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13.2 Termination by us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms
- We are required to do so by law
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive use of the Platform
- You fail to pay applicable subscription fees
13.3 Effect of termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Data retention following termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or via a notification on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may delete your account.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer or user based in the European Union, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by this clause.
