CV database: search Western Balkan profiles and contact them directly
A CV database is a searchable pool of candidate profiles: you filter by trade, experience and language level and approach the right people directly, instead of posting an ad and waiting. What makes CandidateForce different is who is in the database – skilled and semi-skilled workers from the Western Balkans who are actively looking for a job abroad.

What you can filter by
Who is missing from most CV databases
The large CV databases are full of people who already work in the country you are hiring in – and every other employer is competing for exactly those people. If you are looking for welders, automotive technicians or professional drivers, the search rarely fails because of the software; it fails because of the pool. The right profiles are either not there or have long been approached.
CandidateForce starts from the other end. The database holds skilled and semi-skilled workers from Bosnia & Herzegovina, Serbia, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo and Albania who registered themselves because they are looking for a job in Germany. For this group the Western Balkans Regulation opens the German labour market without formal recognition of their qualification – so the bottleneck is no longer the work permit, but who finds them first.
What the database gives you
Who is in the database
Registered candidates from the six Western Balkan countries: trades and metalwork, automotive, construction and installation, production and CNC, professional drivers, care and hospitality. Every profile belongs to a person actively looking for a job abroad.
What a profile shows
Trade and work experience, qualifications and certificates, language level, earliest availability, willingness to relocate and country of origin. Contact details become visible once you unlock the candidate.
What access costs
Searching the database is free and unlimited, as are job ads and invitations. You pay per candidate: one credit unlocks contact details, chat and interview scheduling – from €16 per candidate, with no subscription and no fee per hire.
Registered on regional portals
Workers create their profiles on connected Western Balkan job portals, not scraped from elsewhere.
Complete profiles only
Candidates appear once their profile reaches the required completeness, so the data is usable.
Experience and qualifications
Work history, language level, driving licences and certificates are visible on each profile.
How hiring from the Western Balkans works
- 1
Search or post a job
Search candidate profiles by profession, experience and language level – or publish a job ad and collect applications.
- 2
Contact and interview
Message candidates directly. Chat translation bridges language barriers, and you schedule interviews right from the platform.
- 3
Work permit and visa
After the offer you provide the employment contract and, if needed, pre-approval from the Federal Employment Agency; the candidate applies for the visa.
- 4
Arrival and first day
Once the visa is issued the candidate relocates. Plan a realistic 3–6 months from first contact to the first day of work.
The Western Balkans Regulation: the simplest route to a work permit
The Western Balkans Regulation (§ 26 (2) BeschV) opens the German labour market to citizens of Bosnia & Herzegovina, Serbia, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo and Albania for any job – no formal recognition of qualifications required. What is needed is a concrete job offer and approval from the Federal Employment Agency; currently 50,000 approvals are available per year.
As the employer you provide the job offer and the employment contract; the candidate applies for the visa at the German embassy in their country. For professions with recognised qualifications, the skilled-worker visa or the EU Blue Card are alternatives. You can run the visa process yourself – or hand it over to our partner Balkan Recruiters.
